This is our Community Class of the Week, the perfect chance to train in a relaxed, supportive environment and experience what The Bank is all about.

7:00am - Members Large Group Training

9:30am - Members + PAYG Community Class Drop in, train, and enjoy it, a great way to try The Bank with no long-term commitment.

Incredibly proud of these amazing humans!

Watching our Bank members absolutely smash the Hyrox simulation this weekend was something special. They all gave everything they had, and it showed.

Here's what makes this even better,

we don't run specific Hyrox sessions at The Bank. What we do is functional strength and conditioning training that translates to REAL performance. The squats, deadlifts, rows, carries, and conditioning work they do with us every week? It all came together perfectly when it mattered.

This is what proper training delivers,

Not gimmicks, not trends, just solid functional fitness that prepares you for anything life (or a Hyrox!) throws at you.

But what makes me most proud isn't just their performance,

it's watching them push themselves every single day in our sessions. The consistency, the effort, the determination to get better. That's what showed up on that course.

Every early session. Every tough set. Every moment, they could have quit but didn't. It all paid off, and I couldn't be prouder.
