Hands up if you have lower back pain 🖐️✋🤚 Read on for some good news and a surprise!

I don't think I've ever come across a person who HASN'T told me they have pain in their lower back - I would say, after the weather, it's the most common thing we as a nation talk about 😆

(Am I wrong?)

Sitting at desks, standing jobs, young kids, there are SO many reasons as to why and how we have this pain.

I've got good news - it doesn't have to be this way :D

& The surprise? You don't work out your back to get rid of your back pain.

The best thing you can do for Lower Crossed Syndrome (yes, I know we're getting technical here) is to work on 3 things -

1. Glutes
2. Hips
3. Core!

All of these muscles help SUPPORT your back, so please don't start doing back exercises when it's hurting already!
