"Fit For Life"
September is a time for getting back into a routine, kids go back to school and all the holidays and nights out are coming to an end..
Its a good time in your life to start something new and to work on making a better version of you.
At West Wicklow Fitness we want to see people get into fitness to improve their quality of life,
To be stronger in day to day tasks.
To be fit enough to do adventurous things with your kids at the weekend.
To live an all round healthier life.
If you would like to improve in all these area's then we would like to help you along the way.
Starting Next Monday 9th of September we will be running a 6 week Beginner's Only Class.
This will be at 7.30 pm every Monday and Wednesday and will focus on..
Learning The Basics of Exercise and Training
Teaching You correct technique and Form in all movements.
Building up your overall fitness.
And Most importantly having fun along the way.
