Eight members of Cobh SAC make up the 3 teams representing Ireland at the FIPS-Mer 3rd World Championship of Sea Kayak Fishing in Albufeira, Portugal, from September 19–25, 2026.

Just 50 days until Team Ireland heads to Spain for the FIPS-M World Boat Angling Championships 2026! 🇪🇸

We’re incredibly proud that Cobh Sea Angling Club has THREE members representing Ireland on the world stage! ☘️🇮🇪

The Senior and Junior teams from clubs right across Ireland will be travelling together, while the Under 23s and Seniors will compete at the same venue, making it a fantastic opportunity for all the Irish teams to come together and support each other.

The countdown is well and truly on! ⏳🎣
