BurleX Fitness is a network of licensed dance fitness training courses and classes. The program is designed to focus on core strength, muscle toning and flexibility. Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. No dance or burlesque experience required. Shimmy and wiggle your way through routines and enter the world of tease!
