🫷 4 HOUR SELF-DEFENCE COURSE

On Sunday 13th September, Robert Devane and Declan Kidd will be running a special 4-hour Self Defence Course at Martial Arts Incorporated, Dublin 7.

Between us, we have over 90 years of martial arts experience, and were the founders of Close Quarter Combat Ireland, as well as senior instructors with Martial Arts Incorporated.

The course will cover a broad range of self-defence skills and situations, including:

• Awareness and recognising potential danger
• Reading body language and avoiding confrontation
• Simple, effective strikes
• Defending common grabs and attacks
• Defence and escape from the ground
• Dealing with bladed-weapon situations
• Using everyday objects where necessary
• Creating an opportunity to escape and get to safety

This isn't just for experienced martial artists. No previous training is necessary, and the course is open to adults, teenagers and children.

Existing MAI members are very welcome, but the course is also completely open to non-members, so feel free to let family and friends know.
