🚲 Bike of the Week ⭐ - a beautiful crossover of function, fashion, and freedom in this petite pedaler.

As per usual - I've personally test ridden this one, and it bounces like a dream 👌

Honestly jealous it's too small for me - and one of my favourite wheel sizes too

Some cool and unique bikes on the shop floor at the moment 🚲🚴

The Batavus is a very interesting - seems a concept bike that isn't made anymore, big comfy tyres and low maintenance internal gear hub with back-pedal brakes. Could be a serious work horse 🐎

And I couldn't not mention the balance bike - always love to see well made and high quality kids bikes, that are suitable weights for them.

training courses continue right through summer.
With our first Technical Three and e-bike courses under our belt, we return to Technical Two next week with our usual smattering of Technical One and Home Mechanic throughout

⭐🚲 Bike of the Week - our first mid-drive e-bike 🚲⭐

This Trek Verve 3 e-bike got the works to get back to tip top condition. An equivalent new bike would be easily €3,000

4000 km sounds like a lot, but would be about 1.5 years of commuting for me. And the motor was only running for about 45% of the time the bike was moving.

We plugged it into the diagnostics and ran all available tests and printed it all off for the future owner to have.

Do drop in to us to see it, test it, or ask any questions.
And hopefully just the first of many more mid-drive bikes we recondition.

We send out a newsletter every month with an update from us, our upcoming .training courses, and some interesting or positive news in the world of cycling in Ireland and International 🚲

This month I particularly like the report from about what makes a good battery and a bad battery - and how hard it can be to judge from the outside 🔋🪫
