✨ The Paradox of the Human Spirit ✨

From The Healing Relationship by Richard Hycner & Lynne Jacobs:

“I am not fully myself till I am recognized in my uniqueness by another — and that other person needs my recognition in order to fully become the unique person she or he is. We are inextricably intertwined. Our valuing of another brings value to ourselves. We are part of a loop of reciprocal relations.”

This seems to suggest that our individuality doesn’t exist in isolation. It is like a loop, a dance of mutual recognition. We lift others, and in doing so, we rise too. Yet, in a society that often glorifies individualism — pushing the idea that success and worth are purely personal achievements — this perspective can feel jarring, even counterintuitive. It challenges the narrative that we must stand apart to stand tall, reminding us instead that true growth happens when we rise together.🙏

📕This book is part of my new journey into a two year Master. Currently investigating on an important topic dear to my heart: Loneliness and Belonging.

✨ Cacao & Yin Workshop ✨

A journey of stillness, warmth, and deep connection. Through the heart-opening magic of ceremonial cacao and the gentle embrace of yin yoga, this workshop was an invitation to slow down, tune in, and cultivate awareness from within.✨

As Fritz Perls reminds us:
“Awareness is like the glow of a coal, which comes from its own combustion; what is given by introspection is like the light reflected from an object when a flashlight is turned on it.”

In this space, cacao became a guide, softening the edges and opening the heart, while yin allowed the body to surrender, creating space for clarity and insight. A practice of deep listening—beyond the mind, into the wisdom of the body.

Grateful for the moments shared, the stillness embraced, and the transformations unfolding.

It has been a pleasure holding this introspective workshop where we paused and absorbed the knowledge of winter.

🌳Trees are remarkable not just as individual plants but as part of a deeply interconnected community. Beneath the forest floor, trees connect through vast networks of fungal threads called mycorrhizal networks, or the “wood wide web.” Through these networks, trees can share nutrients, warn each other of pests, and support weaker trees in need.

This connectivity is crucial—it strengthens the resilience of the whole forest, allowing trees to thrive even in challenging conditions.🌳

Like trees, let’s root ourselves into what grounds us and foster connections.

🍂 As we fall into autumn and this will fade into winter, I am excited to offer the last 3 workshops of the year! 🍂❄️

I used to navigate autumn and winter in auto pilot, waiting for spring and summer to save me from the cold. The fact that my body freezes in the winter months didn’t help 😂.

One day after meditation I looked at resistance as teacher and surrendered to embrace a bigger lesson. Every resistance holds an important piece of knowledge and this what came up for me:
Autumn is a time of transformation, shedding what no longer serves us, while winter invites us to pause, reflect, and reset. Easy? Not always 😉
Whatever is easy or not, we can’t open our harms and invite new things, people, jobs, lovers into our life until we shed, pause, release and withdraw for a bit. Nature is our teacher 🌳

✨These final workshops are an invitation to embrace the natural transition—closing out the year by looking back on our growth, creating space and preparing the soil for the new seeds🌱
Whether you’re wrapping up a project, reflecting on your journey, or just preparing for the new year, these workshops will help you harness the reflective energy of autumn and the quiet renewal of winter.

✨🌿 Sardinia: A Land of Magic and Transformation 🌿✨

Words can hardly capture the profound beauty of Sardinia. This enchanting island, with its rugged landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and ancient history, is a sanctuary for the soul.

Every time I step foot on this magical land, I feel deeply connected to the earth, its elements, and its rich heritage.

I am beyond honored to have been facilitating this September retreat here with and .ie.

In Sardinia, healing happens naturally. Whether it’s through the gentle whispers of the Mediterranean breeze or the grounding presence of the mountains, something awakens within all of us.

Hosting this retreat was a journey of deep connection, self-discovery, and renewal.

Watching the transformations unfold within each participant amidst the sacred energy of this land was incredible.

🌊 **Embodying the Flow: Water Element** 🌊

Flowing like water isn’t always easy. There are times when resistance feels stronger, when life’s currents pull us in directions we don’t expect. Sometimes, moving fluidly feels like a challenge—our instinct is to push against the current, to control the outcome. 💧

But water teaches us that even when faced with obstacles, there’s always a way forward. It carves through stone, finds its way around barriers, and adapts to whatever lies ahead. The difficult moments are when the water element becomes most powerful—reminding us to trust in our ability to navigate, even when the path isn’t clear.

Still downloading the retreat experience in the authentic 💚heart of Italy 💚, facilitated with and .ie ✨

My morning meditation this week felt much deeper and softer. Connecting with nature, wonderful people is so nourishing and fulfilling.

A lot has happened in my personal life lately but I feel that this has served a deeper purpose. I find it difficult to verbalise it but essentially another layer has been removed and allowing me to go deeper in the scary path of authenticity. ☺️

In a world where everything can be artificially manipulated, offering our authentic self is a courageous choice. ❤️I am not using the word courage lightly, the root of the word courage is cor (Latin word for heart) Courage originally meant “To speak one’s mind by telling all one’s heart”❤️

✨When you are faced with a challenge or a choice, ask yourself if this is in alignment with your heart. The answer is always there ✨
