Saturdays battles were absolutely insane International Streetworkout Jam 2024, then it was on to Day 2

The talent was outstanding, and just like Saturday, the hype was absolutely nuts ๐Ÿ˜ณ

The weather was on our side for the day, so we got out to the back area of The I.C.A. and hit the bars

This was well and truly a day of high energy Freestyle Calisthenics.ย  Everyone pushing eachother to hit combos .

Goku was the reining 2 year champion and was coming back and determined he was taking the belt back to the Uk for good

The battles from the males and females throughout the day were intense and hard fought, but as always, there can only be one outcome and winner and hats off to Goku and Emilija they deserved itย  ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ

We are so proud of how far Emilija has come in her freestyle and static training . Well done taking the gold cup home ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ

We travelled over to Scotland this weekend with judging Statics and competing in Strength & Endurance

From start to finish, this event was well organised, and everyone, I mean EVERYONE was looked after so well by all the Scottish Calisthenics family

This summer will be so big for Calisthenics competitions and meet ups

So we are just going to pop up the events we will be running, registering for, judging, and spectating at ๐Ÿ’ช

As there is a few different competitions being run . Statics, freestyle, Max Reps, Endurance, and Street Lifting

Here at The I.C.A., we prominently focus on strength for statics and reps and also freestyle training but we will definitely be stepping into the world of Endurance and Street Lifting soon

We are thrilled and proud to announce the date for this year's International Streetworkout Jam 2024 here @ The I.C.A.

This year, we will be introducing a 2 day event with Strength & Endurance, Max Reps, and Freestyle

On Saturday July 20th we will be teaming up with BarStrength Sligo and will be running our first ever 1v1 Strength & Endurance battles from beginner to pro athletes, so everyone will be included, no matter what stage of your calisthenics journey your at

On Sunday July 21st we will be running our high octane freestyle competition from intermediate to pro athletes, and as always we will have our beginner showcase and judges demos to promote and share what we do here in The I.C.A

Like every year, our pro athletes will be battling it out to take home The I.C.A. Streetworkout Jam Belt ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ

We will also have some crazy head to head battles and fun activities to do on the day
