Penguins. There are so many of them.
And they look adorable to you, a little clumsy.
You see in them the expression of instinct, but it seems to you as if they are limited - by land, by space, by their abilities, by something.
And yet they are full and complete animals of Earth.
When we look at you, we have a similar impression of limitation.
But with you, it fits.
Because you, with extraordinary capacities at your disposal, seem to deliberately pretend to be clumsy, incapable - playing games on a level far below what you are actually able to do.
We long to help you. But we understand that this is the task each of you took on, knowing fully its heavy limitations before incarnating on Earth, and each of you is trying (or not yet) to shed those limitations and step into your power.
But you approach this from an earthly point of view. From the perspective of an ordinary, limited human being — bound by the physical realities of the 3D world.
You try to do it the way you bake bread or build a house.
Physically.
You work yourselves to exhaustion, interacting daily with the system that exists around you (the matrix).
You work yourselves to exhaustion, processing your blocks.
But the blocks don't end.
If only because like attracts like - like creates more of itself in your reality - and you will keep "remembering" more and more blocks, and you will keep working on them. This can stretch on for centuries, if you allow it.
You need to step out of the 3D image of the human being.
You need to find your 5D state.
You have freedom of movement and freedom of will.
You are stuck inside frames that were once built by outside structures, but it is you who keep those frames alive, with your attention, with your certainty that they exist.
You reproduce them every day, every hour.
It is a "beautifully" designed structure - one that no longer requires its makers to lift a finger.
They did it once. And now they reap what they sowed.
All the work is done by you.
You spend an unimaginable amount of energy recreating these frames, these limitations, and then fighting against them.
You will keep running this circle as long as you remain in 3D.
Your Soul can give you release, and clarity of sight.
All you are missing now is knowledge, and faith in yourself. Faith that you are vastly more than what you see in the mirror when you stand in front of it.

Question: How do I learn to hear, and more importantly, to listen to my Soul?
Answer: This would happen automatically if you were two years old.
It would happen far more often if you were seven.
But too many years have passed since you stopped using this built-in ability.

Think of it this way. Imagine you spent your entire life sitting in a chair, never using your legs. How strong and mobile would they be? And then, one day, you find out your legs actually work. What would happen?

At first, you wouldn't believe it. Then you'd start noticing little "coincidences" - moments when your legs moved on their own, when you felt something stirring in them. You'd try shifting them. Now and then. And one day you'd manage to stand up for a whole five minutes. That's when the real work would start. Slowly, gently, you'd begin rebuilding the strength in them. Not in a day. Maybe not even in a month. But eventually, you'd walk.

Or you wouldn't. You could just stay in the chair and keep ignoring them.

Listening to your Soul works the same way. It takes practice. It takes returning, again and again - even when nothing seems to come through. Even when you doubt yourself. Even when the message your Soul gave you turns out to be the "wrong" one (and no, you didn't win the lottery 😁).

It's the practice itself that builds your trust that you're not making it up. It's the practice that makes the contact easier. And eventually, you stay connected to your Soul without even trying.

Your Soul always hears you.
If it doesn't seem to answer, it's not because it's silent - it's that your inner antenna isn't tuned to Soul's channel yet.
Soul hears you, and Soul is speaking.

You drink water every day.
You eat every day.
You even brush your teeth every day.
Why not make this just as regular?

Every person you interact with - any interaction where emanations of any kind surface - is a mirror reflecting what lives inside you.
(Emanations are what you radiate, what comes through you. It can be light and joyful, or heavy and dark.)

If someone fascinates you - they're reflecting you.
If someone irritates you - they're reflecting you too.

You are always in your own looking-glass world.
It helps to picture it more vividly: imagine that there is only you. And everyone else is here to help you reveal yourself. To accept and trust your beautiful sides. And to discover what's hidden, acknowledge it, and give it space. So there's no point being angry at the mirror.

We tend to live from the external.

⏺️ Reacting to the external. What's happening out there. What people say. How they act. What circumstances arise.
⏺️ Waiting for the external. For someone to arrive and tell us what to do, which choice to make, which direction to take. To make the leap for us.
⏺️ Leaning on the external. Rules. Truths. Programs. Structures. Systems. Collective beliefs.

None of us knew how to live any other way. We were born into a world where a person is pre-wired for the external, one part of a vast machine. But we have arrived at a time when that machine is breaking down. We can finally feel and see that we are not just a body and a mind, living without ever knowing our internal world. We are also that internal world - and it is the very CORE of why we are here.

It is the internal that gives us true self-knowledge - in the fullest sense of those words. And with it, the possibility of living a fully realised, meaningful life.

Don't outsource the work of knowing yourself.
No one can know you for you.
No one can make your discoveries for you.
And others - even with the best intentions - can lead you away from yourself, if you trust only them and stop listening to what's within.

Clearing out what no longer serves you, learning to hear yourself, stepping out of victimhood, finding your CORE - this is your work. Not "taking responsibility", that phrase has been repeated so many times it means nothing anymore. What it actually means is this: take yourself into your own hands. Be fully accountable to yourself. One hundred percent.

Everything around you is a reflection of your inner vibration.

If you are a strong independent woman, a breadwinner for your family, you’ll attract and will have the same kind of women in your immediate circle. And those women who are sponging off their husbands will annoy you, and you’ll feel pity for them.

All you have around you is a silent replica of you.
All you have around you is like a book which describes you.
All you have around you is something that can help you to learn more about yourself.

If you are devoting all your time to your kids and enjoy doing so, you’ll be surrounded by mums like you, and you’ll feel pity or contempt for 'working' mums.

If you are an ambitious strong-willed career driven person, you’ll attract the same kind of people into your immediate circle. And you’ll consider those guys who aren’t setting ambitious goals at their work as 'sissy', and disgust is all you'll feel for them.

The world around reflects you back with perfect clarity who you are.
You just have to look attentively and you will notice that everything around you is a complete reflection of you - of your thoughts, of your beliefs, your fears.

And if you are annoyed by the women who sponge off their husbands, it means that you don’t allow yourself to act like that, you find it unacceptable for you.
Give yourself permission to act like that.
Give such permission to others too.

If you are annoyed by 'working' mums, it means you don’t allow it into your world for some reasons, you forbid yourself to be like them.
Give yourself permission to be like that.
Give such permission to others too.

If you are annoyed by unambitious people, it means you are terrified to death to be like them. You restrict yourself from being so.
Give yourself permission to be so.
Give such permission to others too.

You will be surprised how the world takes on a new perspective as soon as you start to allow yourself and others to be anything.
