Fun Fitness is a class that was set up in early November 2016 for people with intellectual disabilities, it provides them with a safe place to come where they can keep fit, have fun, make friends and explore their own fitness levels and abilities. I am a qualified Special Needs Assistant with years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities on many levels. Fitness is a huge p

ositive part of my life and why not give others the opportunities i have to be fit, healthy and happy. The class is co ran with Darren Higgins a qualified fitness instructor. Classes are ran on a Monday evening in St. Josephs Special School, Balrothery, Tallaght, Dublin 24 from 7-8. All ages welcome :) Hope to see you all there :)
