Well done lad , Ashley was up in the hotbox/recovery rooms in finglas last night getting on some last minute preparation and will be back up later for some recovery . We wish him all the best 👍🏻

Cain will run a marathon route in Dublin on Wednesday, before undertaking four more marathons in the next four days.

A mad busy day up in the hotbox today .
3 full heated cardio classes this morning followed by the finglas Celtic under 16 team in , that was followed by the Boxnburn class who worked there arses off .
We also had valley park uniteds 1st team in for preseason training who then went into the recovery rooms for recovery work
