What a weekend at 𝗖ù𝗹ù 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was very privileged to have been asked to come down and do a couple of talks for the group, where we focused in on the importance of self acceptance, 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 and how to get clear on who you are and what you want. ⁣
⁣
I also got to experience the retreat first hand and all I can say is that it was amazing from start to finish 🤩 ⁣
⁣
From the early morning yoga, to the incredible food, to the chats and belly laughs, I walked away with more energy, more friends and 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 😃 ⁣
