5km, broken down into a steady pace to warm up with the last 2km broken into 100m on 100m off intervals to open up the heart, lungs and legs

30 mins Crosstrainer intervals to warm-up, followed by 44 mins of superset resistance training with my favourite toys.

40mins treadmill session got heart and lungs working.

1 hour work!!!.... 40mins of resistance training followed by a 20 min HIIT session on the Bag to finish off.

Monday 10km done and dusted, no world records broke but nice to get out and clear the mind and stretch legs.

Today's session..... Top left..... 30 min warmup on crosstrainer and resistance training to finish off.
