I am delighted to be taking part in the Wellness Day programme in Cornafean on Sunday 7th of June.  There is a packed schedule, with lots to do and learn.  There is something for everyone. 

I will be giving a talk on Homeopathy at 11.15am.  This is a great introduction to homeopathy and I will speak about the positive results I see in my clinic.

All funds raised on the day go to Cavan Monaghan Palliative Care.

A beautiful day for Reiki Level 2 today ✨. The fabulous students learned 7 sacred Reiki symbols. They sent distance healing to their friends and families. They learned how to protect their home, their car with Reiki. They learned how to infuse their food with Reiki.

The beauty of Reiki healing energy is that it never runs out because it is not "your" energy. You are channelling healing energy from the Universe. Once you are attuned- Reiki never runs out. Reiki is like a muscle. The more you use it, the more powerful it becomes.

In Reiki Level 1, I teach you the 12 recommended hand positions for channelling Reiki- from your head down to your toes. I teach you how to give a full Reiki healing to yourself, family and friends - both lying down on a bed or sitting on a chair.

A well as all of this, I also love the fact that Reiki can be used anytime, anywhere. Using these 12 hand positions is the gold standard but sometimes we need to be creative and we don't have the time to do a long Reiki session. You may need to treat an injury or pain that just requires one focused hand position.

It is not always obvious when Reiki is being used. Feeling anxious and waiting for an important meeting or interview? Simply place both hands on your knees and let the Reiki flow. Result? Instant relaxation. Insomnia? Reiki on the back of your neck for deep relaxation and sleep. Your little one bangs their knee. Reiki to the rescue. If the site of injury is sensitive, we don't even need to place our hands on it- we just allow the Reiki to flow a few inches above the injury. Magic! Want to add beautiful energy to your food? Reiki!

The most important part of the training is the sacred Reiki initiation. After this, you will be able to channel Reiki. You will learn how to ground, clear and protect your energy. You will learn how to use 7 crystals which align the 7 chakras adding an extra dimension to your Reiki healing. You will learn how to use a crystal pendulum to get confirmation to your questions during healing. We will pull angel cards for additional guidance from our guides. It is a beautiful and special day that really will open doors and set you on a new path in life.

Yesterday I gave a talk on Homeopathy to this beautiful group of 14 ladies (some missing from the photo) in . Some travelled long distances so I was delighted to see the interest in homeopathy.

💞 It was a pleasure to give this talk to such an engaged group. Lots of questions! Many of the ladies already use homeopathy in their home, treating themselves and their families.

💪 Homeopathy really empowers you to take ownership and responsibility of your own health and your families health.

🍃 In this talk, I spoke about my journey to homeopathy. Some examples of how homeopathy can be used as first aid in the home- for cuts, bites, bruises, colds, flues, infections such as ear infections and conjunctivitis, tooth pain, after surgery...the list goes on! I spoke about what a consultation looks like for a chronic consultation and what to expect your healing to look like.

🌻 I spoke about the unique tools that I bring to the table, that not all homeopaths offer.
