A hard-fought local derby saw Aston Celtic come away with all three points after a determined performance from both sides.
scored the only goal of the game in the 13th minute, giving Aston an early lead. Termonfeckin Celtic pushed hard in the second half and made us work for every ball, but the lads stood strong, defended brilliantly, and kept a deserved clean sheet.
A special mention goes to our Man of the Match, Dylan Cunningham The centre-back was immense all game, winning every header, organising the defence, keeping everyone switched on, and leading from the back with a top-class performance.
Credit also goes to the lads who came off the bench. The fresh legs made a huge difference
It's great to finally have a strong squad with real competition for places, and every player played their part today.
