NONE of these diets boost metabolism or cause magic fat-loss 🙅🏻♂️
Diets only cause weight loss when they cause you to eat less calories than you expend… these diets just cause people to eat less 😱
Keto: This diet causes you to eat less by removing a whole macronutrient from your diet 🥓🥩
Paleo: This diet causes you to eat less by restricting you to eat wholesome, nutrient-dense foods that are highly satiating 🍠🍖
Intermittent Fasting: This diet causes you to eat less by giving you less time to eat throughout the day ⏳🥙
Zone: This diet causes you to eat less because it consists of a large amount of vegetables and low calorie fruits 🥗🍎
Detoxes, Lunar, Alkaline, Blood Type: Nope. Just no. Don’t fall for these diets, they’re just straight up nonsense ⛔️🤦🏻♂️
None of these diets boost metabolism or cause anything magic. Once again, diets only work when they cause you eat less calories. 👌👏
