We honestly couldnโt be any prouder of our girl, Rachel McNamara, who has been nominated for Dancer of the Year (15โ17) at the Dance Awards Ireland! ๐ฅน๐
Rachel has only been part of the Starlight family since she was 11, and when we look back at everything she has achieved in that time, it is truly incredible. Her growth, determination and commitment to dance have been nothing short of amazingโจ
Rachel is so unbelievably dedicated to her dancing. The amount of blood, sweat, tears, early mornings, late nights and hours of hard work she puts in week in and week out is something that doesnโt go unnoticed by us โ and we are so grateful that others are recognising it too๐ค
What makes Rachel so incredibly special is her resilience. No matter how many knocks she gets, she always comes back stronger. She picks herself up, works harder, learns from every experience and comes back ready to give it everything she has. That strength and determination is what makes Rachel the dancer and the person she is today๐ซถ๐ฝ
We have watched Rachel grow not only as a dancer, but as a young woman who is learning to believe in herself, push through challenges and chase her dreams. We couldnโt be more proud to be part of her journey.
