Always a pleasure to be invited into the schools in Donegal Town to demonstrate Muay Thai.

Seeing the kids’ interest and how much they genuinely enjoy it has been brilliant. That’s what it’s all about — building confidence, having fun, and getting active. This is James he enjoyed it that much he has now started in are new kids class.

Because of that, I’m delighted to say we’ve now started a 3–5 year old class every Saturday morning 🙌
