Weโre back again with a brand new Jog 4 All training block starting this Wednesday March 4th at 6.30pm on the Clonakilty Greenway.
Over the next 8 weeks weโll build fitness, confidence and consistency together, all leading up to the Bandon 5km at the end of April, a great goal race for beginners and improvers alike.
