Tony is a long term client of mine and a very good friend and when it comes to coaching the man is fu***ng good at what he does.

He was recently awarded Best Personal Trainer in the country and I wholeheartedly back that. But being an incredible coach and building an incredible coaching business are two different skill sets.

This s**t is supposed to be hard. There’s a price to be paid to separate yourself from the pack, to stop being average and to anything actually worth doing in the first place. Every online coach wants to same outcome, to achieve X per month, have an impactful business and be in incredible shape, yet only 5% hit the actual mark.

You’re going to have plenty of moments of self doubt (I still do today 10 years into business), days that you don’t want to do it, you’re going to have to make constant sacrifices and push your actual limits. Stop trying to avoid it. Shortcuts or an easy path does not exist. Feel your self doubt and show up and get the job done regardless because the only way to beat the self doubt is to face it.

All great things must be earned. Are you going to pay the price this week or are you going to remain comfortable?

This is the byproduct of 100% consistency every single day for 13 weeks straight. Don’t let this app fool you when it comes to these transformations. There’s a big price to be paid when it comes to achieving something like this.

A lot can be achieved within that time frame, if you’re willing to commit 100% to the goal and David is a perfect example of that. Incredible work sir 👏🏽

I want to freeze this era of life that I’m in. Challenging, yet extremely rewarding. Being present is something that’s very hard for me especially with life moving as quickly as it is right now, but I get these little moments throughout my day where I self reflect and see how much has changed internally and externally these last 12 months. Extremely grateful and hungrier than ever to continue building what’s already in motion.
