Golden Dance Awards Ireland 2026 💫 Golden Dance Awards Ireland

We were incredibly grateful to be finalists in 12 categories this year.
To come home to cork with the “Community Engagement” award is extra special to us with how involved we have been over the past 10+ Years in the Cork community taking parts in numerous local events each year. We are lucky to have travelled to America and China representing cork too. Cork City Council
We as a school hold a lot of pride in our cultural connections and our ability to be able to give our students opportunities to learn about other cultures and meet people from other nationalities through dance has always been very important to us.

We are so proud of Keely Ryan and Sunniva Bonnet being finalists for U17 dancer of the year and Sofia Hochstedler being a finalist for performing arts students of the year 🥹🩷

A huge congratulations to on being named “Up & Coming Dance Teacher of the Year 2026”
An incredible achievement and so well deserved. We are incredibly proud of you, Karena, and all that you bring to our dancers and our school.

Circus Vegas 🤹🎪🤡 CIRCUS VEGAS® 🇺🇸
We had just over 100 people attend Circus Vegas this past Sunday in Centre Park Road and we had an absolute ball 🥰
The Dancing, acrobatics, motorcycle stunts were just incredible and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Highlight of the trip was Hayley’s dad David being pulled into the ring to show off his moves 🤣

The Sound of Music 2026 at the Cork Opera House 🥰
As The Sound of Music comes to an end tonight we just wanted to share a post about how incredibly proud of both of our beautiful students Sofia and Ruby who have been having the most incredible summer performing alongside such a wonderfully talented cast.
We take pride in how hard working all of our students are and how genuinely kind and lovely they are to everyone and to see them shine in such an incredible production makes us the proudest teachers & studio owners around 🫶
It’s our first time putting students forward for anything like this and we had no idea what to expect and we were absolutely blown away so a huge thank you to their fabulous Musical Theatre teacher Sarah B H for all the hard work put into everyone who auditioned. We know Sarah is incredibly proud of the girls as a teacher but also as a mom watching her daughter Sofia play the youngest of the Von Trapp children, Gretl 🥹
We know the girls are devastated the production has come to an end as they have had the time of their lives but we know this is just the beginning for them ⭐️
The future of all these talented kids in cork is so incredibly bright 🤩💫

Another dance that will be so missed 🥰 Our beautiful senior lyrical small group and one of my favourite pieces so far 🥹🫶
This dance got such beautiful comments from the judges every competition as well as golden buzzers and a choreography award we couldn’t be more proud of these girls and their commitment to always giving 100% to telling a story 💫 (not the cleanest time but my favourite angle to see their beautiful expressions) 👏

We are thrilled to be able to announce now that 2 of our beautiful students Ruby Treacy and Sofia Hochstedler have been cast in the upcoming production of The Sound of Music in Cork Opera House running from July 23rd.
Ruby will play the part of Brigitta and Sofia will play the part of Gretl 🩷🩵
We are so incredibly proud of all of our students who auditioned through the different rounds some making it to the final stages, your future is so bright 🤩
We want to say the biggest congratulations and thank you to our fabulous Musical Theatre teacher Sarah Burke Hochstedler on all of your hard work with our students and guiding them through our first time auditioning for anything like this, we could never have imagined a few years ago having these opportunities so we appreciate everything you do 🫶
