Skill Skool will be adopting the scientific approach to our players development over the coming weeks and months. We will be using age specific conditioning inititiaves that will improve our players Speed , balance , and agility which will be of huge benefit as they approach trial age for professional clubs. We are still located in Cobh Community centre every wednesday from 5pm to 6pm.
