So over the past 4 weeks myself and have had the pleasure to teach and coach some of the teens of the year program.πŸ’ͺ

The 4 week program was designed as an introduction program to the strength and conditioning classes that we offer here at The YouthFitnessProgram.πŸ‘Œ

Week 1, Consisted of our squat patterns. The Air Squat, Back Squat, Front Squat and Overhead Squat.πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ

Week 2, Consisted of our pressing patterns. The Push up, Floor Press, Strict Press and the Push Press.πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ

Week 3, Consisted of our hinge patterns. The Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift, Glute Bridge and Swing.πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ

Week 4, Our final week we brought the students through the basics of the Olympic lifts which are the Sn**ch and Clean & Jerk.πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ

This year is our second year hosting the 4th year students and introducing them to our tailored youth strength and conditioning program and yet again it has been a huge success, with the feedback from staff and students been amazing.❀

So with just a couple of days until we are back in the gym, I just want to let everyone know it will be  business as usual.😁😁

All classes will continue to run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the usual times of 3pm,4pm, 5pm & 6pm.πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

For all of our existing members, our training times and days are the same as usual.πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ
