β The Bray Educate Together Transition Year Students β

So over the past 4 weeks myself and have had the pleasure to teach and coach some of the teens of the year program.πͺ

The 4 week program was designed as an introduction program to the strength and conditioning classes that we offer here at The YouthFitnessProgram.π
*
Week 1, Consisted of our squat patterns. The Air Squat, Back Squat, Front Squat and Overhead Squat.ποΈββοΈποΈββοΈ
*
Week 2, Consisted of our pressing patterns. The Push up, Floor Press, Strict Press and the Push Press.ποΈββοΈποΈββοΈ
*
Week 3, Consisted of our hinge patterns. The Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift, Glute Bridge and Swing.ποΈββοΈποΈββοΈ
*
Week 4, Our final week we brought the students through the basics of the Olympic lifts which are the Sn**ch and Clean & Jerk.ποΈββοΈποΈββοΈ
*
This year is our second year hosting the 4th year students and introducing them to our tailored youth strength and conditioning program and yet again it has been a huge success, with the feedback from staff and students been amazing.β€
