This summer we are very excited to launch our "All over the world", with Heart & Soul Self Defence Academy competition!

Our students will submit photographs of their holiday adventures, while wearing their Heart & Soul T-Shirt or hoodie, everywhere from Co. Wexford to Sydney Australia.

Travelling with self Defence skills & awareness, is travelling with the gift of confidence.

The prize for the best photograph will be 6 weeks of free lessons in our Dojo of your choice, and a t-shirt chosen by the child/adult from our new range of merchandise.

The winner will be announced 1st week in September 2024.

Finally have a fantastic summer, stay safe and we look forward to seeing you all in September 🙏❤️😁

What an incredible end to our 2024 Summer camps!

High energy and action packed, our students deserve a well earned break this summer.

Apart from learning essential Self Defence life skills and de-escalating strategies, our activities encourage and promote confidence, team building, good decision making, values, respect, fitness, compassion, environmental awareness and of course to have fun!

It was a privilege to spend time with so many of our students and many new faces, who have now become new friends.

Two weeks ago we had an incredible weekend training with a wealth of the top Kenpo experts in the world, at the European Kenpo Camp 2024.
Meeting up with friends and making many more new friends from America, Spain, Denmark, Portugal, France, Austria, Jersey, and Ireland, in a wonderful environment.
A truly inspirational experience. 🙏❤️😁

Super excited to announce that Sifu Faith lead the UCD team to victory in the Karate Intervarsities 2024 in Galway. Faith won first place in her individual kata and kumite events. See some action shots below! All her students at Heart & Soul Self Defence Academy are so proud 🥰

Incredible evening with our honarary guest Mr Oran Fielder, Champion Kenpoist, teaching a Master class on sparring in our Wicklow club.
Mr Fielder certainly kept everyone on their toes!
