What I offer?
Currently in such a testing time for athletes, many are struggling to keep themselves sharp or able to perform at their best. In and out of competition I look to get athletes performing at their peak and helping them maintain these levels over a period of time by working on all aspects of their game, physical, mental and tactical.

(All footballs sanitised before and after sessions, and all sessions are planned with social distancing in mind)

•Gym/Recovery sessions on Zoom

•Strong links with elite clubs

All of the above come complete with a feedback form on the players attributes, improvements and areas to work on, education on an elite mindset and an immediate recovery pack for after sessions.

About me,
I’m 20 and a graduate of Sports Coaching and Business Management in soccer from IT Carlow living in Trim at the moment. I’ve played in the League of Ireland for 2 and a half seasons with Longford Town and Wexford Youths, now I play with Leinster runners up Crettyard FC.

I’ve been involved in many elite set ups such as IT Carlow FC, Shelbourne FC, Warrenpoint Town FC 18s, 20s and First Team, Monaghan/Cavan FP 19s along with Crettyard 18s who I currently am the head coach of.

I’ve been head performance analyst for Warrenpoint in the Northern Irish Football League Premier for the past 2 seasons and in that time I have earned my UEFA B License.

As part of my degree I am qualified in tailoring fitness and nutrition plans for athletes, and have a strong relationship with players that I’ve coached of all ages, that still come to me for advice or help on areas of their game that they feel need improvement.
