Amazing progress from the gang for the Couch 2 5k. Week 1 was tough and people wanted to slow down or stop. Now its week 6 and everyone is so determined to succeed and keep going! Huge difference ! Keep it up gang :)

What a great turnout tonight for the first Circuit class of 2015! Fantastic to see all the new faces and of course I love to see all the regular people still coming back year after year ! Don't forget about our new Couch 2 5k beginning tomorrow night also. See you there!
