This class is Stength only based ( no cardio)

This will be tailored to those wanting to increase or improve their general strength or for those training towards Hyrox Trykas or for the runners in the gym 💪
Whatever the reason this class is probably going to be in high demand so get booking 🙌

Busy couple of weeks between Tryka and Hyrox with the gym crew!
I’m delighted for every one of these lot because I know the time effort and training they have put in!
The support within the group is second to none also and probably what I’m most proud of 💪
