Our Junior Girls had their last outing under the care and guidance of Junior Officer Aine Twomey last weekend 🥺 Aine has spent 3 years with this great group and we'd like to thank her for all her hard work and commitment ❤️ Her daughter, Junior Girls Captain Lucy, is also taking a well earned break. Lucy has been a fantastic Girls Captain and along with her wonderful family has been a great member and supporter of the club ⛳️ Best wishes to you both 🤗🤗

Congratulations to Brian Lonergan on his election as Captain of Shannon Golf Club for 2026 on Monday night. Brian follows in a long line of ex junior members who have become Captain of our club, Brian has also served as Honorary Treasurer and Trustee and was a member of our All Ireland winning Jimmy Bruen panel. Thank you to Cork Golf Club for inviting members of our winning Jimmy Bruen panel into "The Bruen Members lounge" last Friday. It was an honour to bring the Jimmy Bruen shield to Jimmy's home club. Many thanks to Peter, Dee and Mark in the office for assisting the lads, it was the first time some of the lads had played Cork and they were blown away by the course, it's a must visit! What a day last Saturday was for Shannon Golf Club, Co.Clare We are finally Jimmy Bruen All Ireland Champions. All at Shannon Golf Club would like to congratulate the panel and management who put their heart and soul into bringing a pennant back to the club. Huge thanks to everyone Mannan Castle Golf Club for hosting the event, Shannon hosted the finals last year so we know the massive amount of work involved and Mannan Castle knocked it out of the park.
