Passage Pythons look forward to welcoming Carrigtwohill Cougars Gaelic 4 Mothers & Others, Carrigaline Gaelic for Mother’s and Others & Fermoy GAA G4MO to our annual blitz in aid of the Mercy Foundation this Saturday.

Come & show your support from 3pm at Passage West GAA. There'll be plenty of fun, football & craic to be had throughout the day & also live music in the clubhouse that evening.

All Welcome & feel free to wear a wacky wig/hat/headpiece to join in the fun 🐍🏐💚🤍🇳🇬🎉

Our Healthy Club Team welcomed Advanced Medical Services back to Carrigaline GAA over the past 2 days, where cardiac screenings took place for 91 of our players.

On average, Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS) takes 100 young lives in Ireland every year. Cardiac screening can help prevent SADS by identifying heart conditions at an early stage, even before they cause symptoms.

Our screenings began for us last year when the Dillon Quirke Foundation provided free screenings for 45 of our players.

The Foundation’s aim is to raise awareness and reduce the number of young people dying from SADS through a national cardiac screening programme.

Their hope for Dillon’s legacy is that every young sports athlete in Ireland, male or female, will have equal access to free screening for their heart.

Unfortunately the Foundation is not funded by the government, but your donation will help them to provide screening to young athletes, and spread awareness of SADS and the importance of regular cardiac screening.
