CIB Cork We’re part of the international CIB movement, spreading the enthusiasm, encouragement and love for roller skaters conquering skateparks.

Our entire motivation is to encourage and inspire women and men to get into skate parks on their rollerskates. After finding the skatepark covered in glass, and the following week rain, let’s hope next one goes well!

We’ll meet in Carrigaline which is very beginners friendly 🛼🛼

With the sun shining longer we can now meet in the evening!!
Ballincollig skatepark has many big ramps, some street sections and a big park if you just want a chill skate!!

Hope to see you all there!!

Unfortunately we found the skatepark in bad shape this morning 😔
As often bottles were broken in there making it very dangerous to skate!
Thankfully and brought brushes and we manage to clear the area and have a skate around!!

Next session is on Saturday in Carrigaline, hope to see you there !!!

Long time without news but we’re still around!!! The weather not helping we have decided to drive up to an indoor skatepark 🤗

All the way to Northern Ireland we are planning to visit !!

launched a petition last year to ask for an upgrade/resize of Cork’s outdoor concrete skate facility in the city centre to accommodate the growing numbers of users.
Cork City has lost its indoor skateparks in recent years due to funding issues/insurance and there is now a huge demand for an upgrade to the facility at MARDYKE WALK for the Cork Skate Community!
There is plenty of space around the skatepark to extend and make the space safer and more fun for everybody.
