Here’s the info for our October block of Adult Pool sessions:

Small groups of 4 people to maximise your learning.
Intermediate & beginner groups.
Course of 3 sessions.
You choose group A or B.

Dates:
Tues 28th
Wed 29th
Thurs 30th

A: 5-5:45pm beginners
B: 5:45-6:30pm intermediate

Advance your swim skills and technique (we can work on any stroke you choose!)🤍

I loved leading you all through beach yoga, breathwork, open water safety talk & sea swimming session. Feeling the benefits of cold water immersion, then into the sauna with Karl from 🔥..bringing the very welcome heat 🔥. Thank you to each of you for engaging so positively, we hope you had a great day 😘😘
