Bundoran Promenade parkrun #83
Thank you to all our participants this morning who ran and walked our route, lovely weather conditions. A big thank you to our two Ambassadors who parkwalked for us today..Jim our Regional Ambassador and Margaret our Event Ambassador. As always a big thank you to our Volunteer team..we could not ensure a safe and efficient event without a full team..👏
We DO NOT have an event next week 12th September as Bundoran Dune Run is on, please go out and support it.
See you all again 19th September..Hup!

Bundoran Promenade parkrun #82
A lovely refreshing wet morning on the promenade today, thank you to each and every participant who ran and walked in very damp conditions, well done. To our volunteer team thank you for embracing the very wet conditions with lots of humour. We had visitors from Germany, Canada, Belfast, Liverpool and few more places..thank you for supporting our event. We had two Volunteer milestones today..Mark from our core team who joined us a few months ago and has been an excellent addition to our team..Mark celebrated 100 volunteer milestone with parkrun today and some of those credits are from our event. I (Marcella) also celebrated my 100th Volunteer credit milestone today with 97 of those here at Bundoran, as Event Director theres lots of background work every week but I thoroughly enjoy it and thankful to our core team, our Ambassador, our Regional Ambassador and parkrun HQ who have helped me from the very beginning, setup and consistent support to ensure Bundoran Promenade parkrun is one of the most friendliest, efficient, safe and scenic parkruns in the country. Hup!

#82 coming tomorrow morning. We have a full roster, see you all for 9.20am for the pre-event safety brief, we start at 9.30am sharp. Please remember your barcodes as we operate a No Barcode No Time policy. Volunteer team see you all early in the morning. Hup!

Perfect conditions on the promenade this morning for event number 81. Thank you to all participants this morning we had quite a number of parkrun tourists, lots from the UK, Lisburn, Omagh, Enniskillen, Belleek and few more places. Thank you as always to our volunteer team, anyone interested in volunteering just send Marcella a pm here or email me through our website, thank you in advance.
Lots of local PB’s this week, well done to you all..👏👏👏

A huge congratulations to our own wee Derry Daniel on reaching his 50th volunteer milestone at Bundoran Promenade parkrun 🎉👏

Daniel brings so much energy, fun and encouragement to our parkrun community. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he and all our amazing volunteers do. 🙏❤️
