With my roots from the birthplace of yoga, Asana practice was such a personal episode in my life. When I moved to the west and continued my practice, I found the world of a difference in how approachable and accessible Asana and Meditation are, to any of us. This then inspired me to take my practice to the next level, and that is to share. I completed my Power Vinyasa 200 Hr Teacher Trainnig at wh

at I call my second home, Lumi Power Yoga. Since then I've been teaching at Lumi and also on the continuous look out to expanding my horizon. I aspire to bring back yoga to my home, in a more accessible way, for us to be more connected to our inner awareness.

Sahaja School of Yoga 200H Yoga Teacher Training Graduation.

A ceremony filled with Blessings of Ma Saraswati, Jai Hanuman, Jai Ganesha and the serenity of elements.

10 months of study, homework, resisting because of shyness, imposter, shame, guilt, piercing through all of it to discover oneself, hugs, circles, tears, laughters, shaking bodies and voices, chanting, dancing, sensory withdrawals, and beyond all practice teach, teach, teach

Heart is exploding with gratitude when we see these 16 stars come to life, come into their elements to take the seat of a teacher. It takes immense amount of humility, trust and faith to be on this journey and as the two bookends of Sahaja, Lucy and I take insane pride in calling these stars extremely dedicated, devoted and true to their practice.

B L O O M - Feminine Medicine being in spaces, classes, workshops and trainings with you the last 8 years, this co-creation was truly one of a kind. We knew what it entailed, we knew what depth we were getting into, what we didn't know is how unforgettable these 10 months will be for the rest of our lives. Learning, making mistakes, expressing vulnerability, extreme questioning of our WHY, yet, sticking with it all ! Couldn't do it any other way :) congratulations!!! We earned it.

A day of Yoga Nidra, Love beyond words, Tarot, Spirals, CHOCOLATE, and full permission to rest, all being held by the most humble and profound Uma Dinsmore-Tuli PhD ADHD it was a long long long wait Uma and I am so honoured to have had this day to be held by you.

Deeply appreciate the circle of wise women that came along to the day. I haven't consciously rested like that in a very long time. Just needing more of it now.

Let the Earth ...
Touch the sky...

10 years of this community making me understand what Yoga is, to break my own barriers, to be wildly in love with people, smiles, sweat, bare feet, hugs, birthing, endless walks and talks about life with people that I could be myself with, facing my naked reality of being the woman I am, the mother I serve to be, peeling off layers to get to where i stand today, understanding that the beauty of all this is - the work continues....

To Lumi that binds us all hearts together

To a village that taught me to give and receive love.
To Yoga, that can push boundaries, make us face our fears, teach us to share from the heart and radiate love.

Tears fill my heart. Sometimes I want to go back and do it all over again, and sometimes I am so content to be where I am. There is a subtle sorrow an sadness that's filling up as I look back ... But hey, this is life's games :) we just need to be truly in it !

Thank you to each and every soul that trusted me to step on to your mats, and practice with me the last decade...
