What a brilliant morning at Baltinglass Park junior parkrun!

31 fantastic junior parkrunners crossed the finish line today, including 5 first timers – a huge welcome to Fionn, Jack, Hannah, Andy and Danny. We hope you enjoyed your first junior parkrun and that we’ll see you again very soon!

3 brilliant PBs today – congratulations to:

Our first finishers were Adam in 9:14 and Florence in 9:58 – super running from you both!

Milestone celebrations!
A big well done to Jayden, who completed his 10th junior parkrun today! 🌟
And a special thank you to Rosella, who reached her 10th volunteer milestone.

Of course, none of this could happen without our 13 hi-vis heroes. A massive thank you to John, Sinead, Brian, Olwyn, Mary, Veronica, Mary, Lisa, Leeona, Rosella, Paul, Elaine and Aine for giving up your Sunday morning to make sure our event could go ahead. 🦺

Well done to every single one of our 31 runners – whether you ran, jogged, walked, got a PB or simply came along and had fun, you were all brilliant!

Baltinglass Park junior parkrun #40

Another brilliant Sunday morning at Baltinglass Park with 28 fantastic junior parkrunners crossing the finish line! 👏

We had 2 PBs this week – a huge well done to Paddy (10:19) and John (10:29) on their brilliant new personal bests!

A massive congratulations to Sophie, Evie, Sarah Mary and Pat, who have now completed an amazing 25 junior parkruns! What a fantastic achievement!

38 amazing finishers crossed the line, including 6 first timers joining us for the fun. We hope you loved your first junior parkrun and can't wait to see you back again

What a brilliant morning we had for Event #37 at Baltinglass Park junior parkrun in our County Colours!

31 amazing juniors crossed the finish line, including:
2 first timers; we hope you come back and join us next week
6 new PBs; congratulations to Alfie, Leo, Eliza, Luke, Senan and Christopher on your fantastic running.

Wear Your County Colours at Baltinglass Park junior parkrun this Sunday, July 26th.

This Sunday, Baltinglass Park junior parkrun is joining TG4 and parkrun Ireland in celebrating the TG4 All-Ireland Ladies Gaelic Football Championship Finals with a special 'Tacaigh le do Chontae', Wear Your County Colours event!

Whether your county is contesting the finals or not, we'd love to see everyone wearing their county jersey, colours or supporters' gear. Let's fill the park with county pride and create a fantastic championship atmosphere for all our junior parkrunners.

Wristbands will now be awarded for the following number of participation and volunteering:
10 junior parkruns / volunteer
25 junior parkruns / volunteer
50 junior parkruns / volunteer
75 junior parkruns / volunteer
100 junior parkruns / volunteer
150 junior parkruns / volunteer
200 junior parkruns / volunteer
250 junior parkruns / volunteer
300 junior parkruns / volunteer

H𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮 𝗷𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲? The number of junior parkruns a child has completed will appear in their parkrun result email each week as well as on their parkrun profile, likewise with volunteering.

Once a junior has reached a milestone, a coloured numbered symbol will appear next to their name in the results table on the website & on the app
