We’re delighted to announce our new membership pricing structure. We’ve combined both memberships into one, giving our members even better value for money.

From day one, I’ve done everything possible to keep gym costs low so our members benefit directly. Features like 24-hour unmanned access, low-cost gym management software, and energy-efficient LED lighting have allowed us to reassess our pricing while still providing top-quality equipment and facilities.

The gym is fully equipped with Concept ergs, high-speed Technogym treadmills, accurate competition-standard sleds, and needle-punch carpet — not astro turf. Every detail has been chosen from my own experience of what works best in training environments and what doesn’t.

To all of our existing members, and everyone who attends the classes, thank you so much for your continued support. It genuinely means a lot.

To maintain the quality of the training environment and ensure the best possible experience for our members, gym membership will be capped at 50 members.
