Join the Sligo Chess & Culture Festival in Queen Maeve Square for a free day of chess, learning and friendly competition. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced player, everyone is welcome.

The day features a Beginner Workshop, a Simultaneous Exhibition with a Ukrainian Junior Champion, a Mini Tournament, plus Brandubh, the ancient Irish board game.
