12+ years of consistency💪💪❤️

Not a quick fix. Not a phase. A standard.

James came to me wanting to get stronger and fitter… mainly so he could keep up with his two young kids (who don’t stop moving & already performing at athlete standards ⚽️).

Fast forward:
• Deadlifting 170kg+
• Driving the golf ball further than ever
• Moving better, feeling stronger, staying resilient

All while:
Working long hours as a solicitor in London
Showing up for his wife and two kids
Still committing to 3 sessions every single week

This is what real success looks like.

Not perfection. Not extremes.
Just relentless consistency, even when life is busy.

Because for him, training isn’t something he tries to fit in…
It’s part of who he is.

And that’s why he keeps progressing.

Fat loss isn’t complicated — it’s just been over-marketed.
