Three different men. Three different starting points. Same fundamentals.

None of these transformations came from a secret exercise, cutting out carbs or doing endless cardio.

The coaching was actually pretty boring:

→ Train consistently and progressively
→ Eat enough protein
→ Manage calories without living on a diet
→ Keep active outside the gym
→ Adjust the plan when life gets busy
→ Repeat it for long enough to actually see what happens

The individual programmes were different because good coaching should be individual.

But the principles that got them there were remarkably similar.

You probably don’t need a more complicated plan.

You need a plan you can follow for long enough to let the basics work.

If you’re ready to make a change but you’re not sure what your plan should look like, drop me a DM with the word “PT” and we can have a chat.

Eating after 8pm isn’t making you fat. What you eat, how much you eat, and your overall habits matter far more.

COMMON REASONS PPL SNACK AFTER 8PM❌
-You’re tired and snack mindlessly.
-Alcohol is involved.
-You’re eating because you’re bored, not hungry.

Here’s what actually matters:
✅ Your total calories over the day.
✅ Getting enough protein.
✅ Training consistently.
✅ Sleeping well.
✅ Being consistent for months—not days.

When Sally first started training with me, she had a simple goal:
“Not to become a weak old lady.”
Since then she’s:
✅ Run multiple 10k races
✅ Competed in Hyrox events
✅ Learned Olympic lifting and kettlebell skills
✅ Squatted 85kg
✅ Carried 2 x 32kg kettlebells
✅ Built strength, confidence and resilience
But the biggest win isn’t any of those things.
It’s that she’s built a body she can trust.
At a time when many people accept getting older means slowing down, losing muscle and becoming fragile, Sally has chosen a different path.
She keeps showing up.
She keeps learning new skills.
She keeps getting stronger.
Because ageing is inevitable.
Becoming weak is not.
And if you ever meet Sally, one phrase sums her up perfectly:
“Tough bitch.”
Proud of everything she’s achieved so far. The best part is we’re not finished yet.

Sunday morning rant 😊😁

Most people think getting lean means living a perfect life.

Brad proved the opposite.

Over the last couple of years he’s:

✈️ Travelled regularly for work
🏨 Trained from hotel gyms
🏠 Used home workouts when life got busy
📚 Studied alongside a demanding career
🌱 Adapted his nutrition through lifestyle changes
😴 Managed periods of less-than-ideal sleep

Yet he still went from:
➡️ 17% body fat
➡️ 12% body fat
While increasing his size, which he wanted of course from 72-75kg.

No extreme diets.
No endless cardio.
No “all or nothing” approach.

Just structure.

A plan that could adapt whether he was at home, in a hotel, travelling, working long hours or preparing for holidays.

The secret isn’t motivation.

The secret is building a system that works when life gets messy.

Because life will always get messy.

Great work Brad 👏

Jeremy is a corporate lawyer.

He spends long hours at a desk, has battled back issues for years, carries extra weight he’d like to lose, and has more physical niggles than he’d care to admit.

Yet every week he shows up.

This week he leg pressed 400kg.

Farmer carried with 2*50kg Dumbbells the length of the gym without putting them down.

And if there’s a machine involved, Jeremy loves setting a goal using all the weight on the machine.

“Defeated another machine Jeremy”

The funny thing is that these numbers aren’t what impress me most.

What’s impressive is the consistency.

For nearly three years we’ve worked around a bad back, shoulder issues, tight hamstrings, running setbacks and everything else life has thrown at him.

Progress isn’t always linear. Sometimes it’s building strength. Sometimes it’s losing weight. Sometimes it’s simply staying in the game when most people would quit.

The goal now is to lose another 10-15kg and improve his running.

But when you’ve built the habit of showing up, goals become much easier to achieve.

Strength isn’t built in a single session.

It’s built by turning up, week after week, year after year.

That’s exactly what Jeremy does.
