We would like to congratulate our trainer, Irfan, who had recently traveled to Romania and then Brazil to compete in the NPC Men’s Physique Pro Qualifiers, for finishing 2nd and 4th respectively!!!

This was a big step for him, to travel far and compete internationally, with strong athletes coming from all over the world, after being held back by the pandemic for 2 years.

Now he is back on the drawing board, hungry to be better than ever! He is also back in business to help YOU achieve your 2022 resolutions!!!

We would like to congratulate our client, Nazreen on her graduation!

Full time police officer, part time study (masters). She’s extremely hard working and her dedication is *chef’s kiss*.

Despite her unpredictable shifts and busy schedule, she still shows up for training AT LEAST 3 times a week, clocking in cardio and prepping her meals on the daily.

Extremely proud of her. No doubt in mind she will get to where she wanna be with the work and effort she puts in!
