July 4-5 intermediate surf lessons
Surf condition: 2-3 ft swell forecast with light winds

It was a stoked and progressive session for Dux and Vic.
We focused on negotiating with the wave considering that this was their first time to surf this spot.

Lessons also included:
Safety and understanding the surfing spot
Using the channel to reach the line up
Conserving and using energy wisely to last longer in the water
Riding the face of the wave
Clean dismount
Proper way of paddling back to the line up after each surf or wipeout (surf etiquette)
