I'm here to support you on your journey! My mission is to spread love, care and compassion through my work. Currently I :

Finding myself naturally alighned and radiant when guiding people towards openness, self-expression, sensuality and overall happiness. I have been gathering knowledge from different schools and masters of yoga, tantra, psychotherapy, and dance from the Amazon to the tiny town in Siberia where I was born. I'm exploring WOMAN for 4 years now, working with them on different topics. The mystery and d

iversity of HER bring me in such awe and i wish to share my experience with you. I'm bringing dance meditation, breathwork, tantric techniques, gestalt therapy, and ancient teachings of Tao together. It's gonna help you to discover your powerful Feminine, find the balance between discipline and a state of relaxation, pleasure, fulfillment, and magnetism. give bodywork sessions (Thai oil massage + Energy balancing)

My FULL session is a blend of

GESTALT THERAPY- working with trauma, building awareness, understanding own feelings and emotions, learning new ways how to relate to others. BODYWORK - specifically working on areas w my hands, helping blockages to leave your body and let the energy flow again. BREATHWORK - techniques I’ve been learning since 2013 from ancient yoga teachings to direct energy or simply create the piece in your nervous system. GUIDED MEDITATIONS- taking you and your subconscious on the journey in order to reach something what’s not on the surface.

INTEGRATIVE SEXOLOGY - working specifically with sexual energy using mostly eastern methods together with more scientific “western” approach + body-oriented therapy. and all the knowledge I received through dance and touch that I can even apply online through the screen - bodywork, contact impro, Zouk, Thai massage and Somatic work.

If I see myself, I can fully see the other.

My most genuine self finds the reflection in a fertile waters that clearly show me my way.

It’s never been boring to start loving myself more and again. And again. Is there more?
I’ve been thinking : ok, now is the limit, I don’t know what’s even possible to add. but there’s always a new layer.

A little update on my journey!

Currently I

- give bodywork sessions (Thai massage + Energy balancing) = 130EUR per session (1,5h)

- give integrative private sessions (1H) -

I find myself naturally aligned and radiant when guiding people towards healthy well-being, openness, self-expression, and serenity. My interest is obvious and slight egoistic - in this world

I want to be surrounded by alive and harmonious people :)

Все мы умеем втягивать живот, для фото или потому что тот парень смотрит.
Отпустить, расслабить живот - многие женщины при этой фразе испытывают сопротивление. Это может быть сложно. Я знаю женщин, которые просто не знают, как это сделать. Оргазмы у таких женщин обычно поверхностные, быстрые, а сами они пребывают в недовольстве от себя, от жизни.
Окутанные мифами косметологического мира о красоте мы часто перенапрягаем свое тело и боремся со своей природой взамен на то,что бы быть принятыми только в определенной форме.
Во времена викторианской эпохи женщины носили корсет, когда те времена закончились, корсет остался, лишь психологический, и вероятно, его еще сложнее снять.

Конечно во время практик мы втягиваем или напрягаем мышцы, но случается так, что это происходит неосознанно все остальное время, когда было бы хорошо просто расслабиться и получать удовольствие ❤️

Вечно втянутый и напряженный живот исключает удовольствие, спонтанность, сексуальность. Именно ту, живую, которая примагничивает. Напряженный живот создает напряжение во всем теле.

Просто попробуй в течение дня приносить туда больше осознавания, поставь напоминание на телефоне - а я вообще сейчас расслаблена?
И понаблюдай, как проявится наслаждение на твоем лице✨

Got an opportunity to share my gift of BREATHWORK in Mexico with the Zouk community that I feel so grateful for 💗

Breathwork has been supporting me through the toughest times, and we all have those.

It keeps me to my center, it keeps me embodied, not checking out.
It keeps me strong and healthy.
It keeps my focus aligned.

Thanks everyone who joined, I got a lot of interest on this and I dream to share more offline once the crazy times become little less crazy.
