Swimming Training Camps Hungary

My name is Alan Morton. I am originally from Shankill Co. Dublin Ireland. I have been living and working in Hódmezővásárhely Hungary since 1994 so I am fluent in Hungarian. Primarily I am an English teacher at the local Grammar School. Now I am also involved with organizing training camps for swimmers and water polo teams. Prior to this I spent eight years working for a dental practice which is also situated in our town. My role was to act as a co-ordinator bringing people out to Hódmezővásárhely for first class dental treatment. Our town has a modern extensive swimming pool complex including both an in-door and out-door 50 metre pool and a gym. It is also frequently used for national and international competitions for both swimming and water polo. It offers the ideal environment for swimmers and players to come with their trainers to develop their skills whilst taking in the advantages our town and swimming complex has to provide. We have thermal water/medicinal pools as well. There is also a running track next to the complex. Points of interest:

· Chad Le Clos from South Africa Olympic champion (London 2012) 200 metre butterfly trained here in June 2013
· The Hungarian Water Polo Team also trains here. The Hungarians won Gold in Sydney (2000) Athens (2004) and Peking (2008)
