I had a 3-year pause after 18 years of riding Flatland, and during these 3 years I started skateboarding, which I am also doing beside BMX. One of the reasons of my pause was that I could not progress in the tricks that I practised at that time, and it was frustrating. Now I have a different approach: I try to find the tricks that suit me and have fun practising them. I do not overjerk a trick fan

atically. There are tricks that are just not meant for a person, or not at a certain stage of life and riding level. There are limitless variety of tricks out there, so go out, ride your bike and have fun! The joy of pulling a trick for the first time is indescribable :)

This is me riding way back in 2007 at OG Summer Gipsy Games in Ajka, Hungary.
I learnt to pick up pedal five from the pedal after a while. Pedal 5 is definitely one of my best tricks, I am re-learning it at the moment.

For mountain biking I need bumpy terrain, the exact opposite of a smooth Flatland spot 🙂♥️🌳🚲

Had a great time at the latest Sport Zone contest, even though I couldn't pull most of my tricks. I don't have a decent spot at home and in the entire City of Miskolc, so I could not prepare well, and I decided to enter the contest that morning, but didn't regret it at all. Thank you Rob for the encouragement to enter, thanks to the organizers, and all the amazing riders for the motivation!
I was able to move past my fear of riding in front of others at an event, and was not that anxious as I expected. It was 100% worth to be there! 🙂🙏🚲♥️
