In her sessions she uses different foraged herbs to inspire different states and feelings wile performing yoga. People have recognized this method as very beneficial which is the reason why Dolores has Aushadi Yoga retreats around the world. In her sessions you can learn how to forage herbs but also how to dry them and use them in their original form or as an incense. Aushadi yoga asanas could be described the best as a real flow of the body in combination with the flow of Mother Nature. A lot of breathing techniques, kriyas and mudras are part of Aushadi yoga.
