Why incline walking can help with fat loss 🔥🔊

• A 12–15% incline makes your heart work harder, so you burn more calories without needing to run

•It uses big muscle groups (glutes, hamstrings, calves), which means more energy burned

•It’s low impact, so it’s easier on your joints and easier to stay consistent

•Doing it after lifting can help your body use more fat for energy

➡️Fat-loss reality check (the honest part):

•You can’t spot-reduce belly fat — fat loss happens overall

•Everyone’s body responds differently, so results won’t look the same for everyone

•Diet plays a huge role — cardio helps, but nutrition drives fat loss

MEASURING PROGRESS & YOUR CYCLE 🩸🔄

Ladies, listen up 📢
It’s normal for the scale to go up before your period — this does NOT mean you’ve gained fat! Hormones = water retention = temporary weight fluctuations.

Here’s how your cycle can affect you ⬇️
✨ Follicular Phase:
More energy, easier workouts, feeling lighter & motivated.
✨ Ovulation:
Peak strength, confidence high, performance feels great.
✨ Luteal Phase (before period):
More bloating, cravings, lower energy, mood changes, water retention = scale up (NOT fat!)
✨ Menstrual Phase:
Lower energy, slower workouts, but often a drop in water weight.

This is why week-to-week scale changes aren’t always accurate.
Remember to look at the whole picture:

Not usually one to share my own progress, looking at this photo reminds me how far I’ve come in just three months (September—November). Sometimes you don’t realise your progress until you take a moment to reflect. I’ve accomplished so much in such a short time, and I’m genuinely so happy with my progress!

I’ve been training on and off for a long time, but I’ve never been strict with my nutrition—I love food too much 😅. Lately, I’ve been more aware of what and how much I eat, without being restrictive, and it’s made a big difference in consistency and results.

Progress isn’t about perfection or comparing yourself to others. It’s about learning your body, showing up for yourself, being patient and i’m learning to love myself more through the journey!🥰
