Dynamic stability is the ultimate cheat code for functional longevity. 💧🔥

If you’re only training with static weights, you’re missing out on teaching your stabilizer muscles how to react in real-time. This quick circuit utilizes the FX Tank 20 and FX Boba 13 to create a constant shifting resistance that forces your core to stay locked in from start to finish.

The Workout:
⏱️ Perform each movement for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest.
🔄 Repeat for 3 to 4 total rounds!
