We are delighted and proud to announce that our student — Lai Chin Ting — has won the Bronze Award in the Senior Category at the Asian Grand Prix International Ballet Competition (Hong Kong Regional), along with multiple honors!

我們非常高興與自豪地宣布，我們的學生——黎旃渟，在 Asian Grand Prix International Ballet Competition（亞洲國際芭蕾舞大賽）香港區域賽 的 Senior 組別 中榮獲銅獎，並同時獲得獎學金及決賽殊榮！

At the Asian Grand Prix International Ballet Competition, to win a medal, contestants must pass two rigorous assessments: first, a Master Class Scoring Session, where they demonstrate their fundamentals before an international jury and receive professional guidance; followed by a Variation (Solo Dance) Competition, showcasing their classical ballet technique and artistic expression.

在亞洲國際芭蕾舞大賽，要獲得獎牌，選手必須經過兩項嚴格的考核：首先參與大師班（Master Class）計分賽，在國際評審面前展現基本功並接受專業指導；接著進行獨舞比賽（Variation），完整呈現古典芭蕾技巧與藝術表現。

Only dancers who excel in both components can stand on the podium. The jury is composed of international dance professionals, with strict and fair judging standards to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of each contestant’s technique and artistry.

只有同時在這兩環節表現優異的舞者，才能站上領獎台。評審由國際專業舞蹈人士組成，評審標準嚴格且公平，確保對參賽者的技術與藝術表現作出全面評估。

This time, Lai Chin Ting not only won the Bronze Award, but also received the following rewards:

Releasing a short clip of our RAD Advanced Foundation Pointe barre work. 🩰

Even at this advanced level, the journey is anything but easy. The dedication, strength, and consistency required to keep showing up on pointe year after year is truly demanding. Watching our students continue to push through the challenges, refine every detail, and still move with grace reminds me why this path is so special — and so hard.

Huge respect to every dancer who keeps going, even when it’s tough. This is what perseverance looks like on pointe. 💫

即使已經進到高年級班，這條路一點也不輕鬆。每年堅持穿足尖鞋訓練，需要大量的投入、力量與持續性，真的非常不容易。

看著學生們不斷克服挑戰、打磨每個細節，同時依然優雅地跳舞，讓我再次明白這條路為什麼如此特別——也如此艱難。

向每一位即使困難仍堅持下去的舞者致敬。這就是足尖上的堅持。

Grade 8 Mazurka De Salon is a character dance piece in the RAD ballet examination, combining classical ballet technique with the lively style of the Polish mazurka.

它著重挺拔姿態、精細步法，以及第二拍或第三拍的節奏感，展現出優雅之中帶有鮮明個性的舞蹈魅力。

It emphasizes upright posture, intricate footwork, and rhythmic accents on the second or third beat, showcasing a dance quality that is both elegant and full of personality.
