🌟 Spreading Love & Joy Through Dance and a Fun Chinese Restaurant (茶樓) Catering Event! 🌟
Last February in 2024, we had the incredible opportunity to bring warmth and happiness to a local elderly center 明愛利孝和護理安老院! 💖✨ Our amazing members participated in an event organized by the Hong Kong Lions Club of Mid-Levels (香港半山獅子會), and they took center stage with a heartwarming dance performance, lighting up the room with their energy and passion.
After the performance, we created a Chinese restaurant catering scenario: dressed as waiters/waitresses, set up utensils/plates/napkins, took orders, delivered dim sum/tea, and entertained our elderly guests at their seats. We witnessed everyone enjoying delicious food while celebrating inclusion and togetherness, fulfilling the experience with a special note. 🍜🥢
At 小樂豆, we believe in empowering individuals, fostering confidence, and building a world filled with love and acceptance to embrace those with Down-syndrome. Thank you to everyone, along with the Hong Kong Lions Club who joined us and made this event unforgettable! 🙌💙
