sometimes I look at myself and think I have really progressed, ☺️other days I look at myself and think damn! I still have a long way to go...!! 😩the thing is we are never going to be fully satisfied, because in all aspects of life there is always an area of improvement, the importance lies in how we approach our desire to make progress...
make sure that you accept yourself where you are and work to become even better because you know you can and you deserve it, not because of not liking yourself or because what people say or think of you... remember you are the one walking in your shoes... .

Life is like riding a bicycle 🚴, to keep your balance you must keep going ....

Today I thank my hubby for pushing me out of the couch 🛋, because somedays I don’t want to do nothing, and that’s ok too. But we got to enjoy the time we have 😊☀️.

Make sure to enjoy some activities with yourself or with company of people you enjoy to have around, healthy lifestyle is not only about training and eating well, but also about having a good social and mental life .

What more motivation could you need than the desire of feeling better, of reaching your full potential, of pushing your body and your mind to the limit! ... your limit !!!.... remember your body achieve what your mind believe!.

To show up for yourself?
To have patience and be consistent.?!
It’s not easy to erase years of bad habits but it’s not impossible, start with small steps , don’t set your mind in the end result, slowly but surely start working on the little improvements you can do on the daily.
Such as better sleep.
More hydration
Getting your steps in
Better food choices .

Do you even CrossFit...🤪YES!!!... but apparently very slow ! 😂.. Crossfit is still my favorite, even tho I don’t trained as often as I used to... there are many benefits to this sport that I will always be grateful for.
I’m happy to show my girls what they can do with their bodies 💪🏼😊😎.

how many times you say “I’ll start tomorrow “ and then tomorrow comes and we say the same thing over and over ... taking the first step will be the thing that sets you up, and from there the small baby steps, build consistency and discipline, because motivation will go away and when that happens that discipline and consistency you built are the ones that will push forward to Show Up for Yourself...
Remember to put yourself first , don’t be afraid to fail , be afraid of not taking the steps to be the person you want to be ... 😊💪🏼☀️ you got this !!!
