R3 Cycling Team We are committed to developing the next generation of cycling talent, with the ultimate goal of nurturing future members of the Hong Kong cycling team.

R3 CYCLING TEAM成立於 2014年，致力推廣單車活動及提供單車訓練 (山地車/公路車/場地車/兒童單車/功率訓練 )課程。除了培養學員正確的運動觀念與規劃外，更會透過科學訓練方法以提升運動表現及技術，培訓未來人材加入香港單車隊。

R3 CYCLING COACHING (R3 CYCLING TEAM), founded in 2014, is dedicated to advancing the sport of cycling by offering top-tier training programs across various disciplines, including mountain biking, road cycling, track cycling, kid's mountain biking, and power training. Our mission is to not only instill the correct sports principles and planning in our students but also to enhance their performance and skills through scientifically-backed training methods. Our head coach, Ken Cheng, is a former representative of the Hong Kong cycling team, a UCI WCC Level 3 cycling coach, and a registered Level 3 coach with The Cycling Association of Hong Kong, China. He has also provided expert commentary on Olympic cycling events for major television networks. Our coaching team, comprised entirely of former Hong Kong cycling team members, brings a wealth of experience and is fully certified to deliver exceptional coaching and guidance.
